  • Yes — Atlas is designed to support all property types. However, please note that we are selective with regards to property condition. A poorly maintained property will lead to unhappy tenants. All of our owners understand the need to balance profit margins alongside the duty to provide all tenant residents with a decent, comfortable living space.

  • We set a repair approval threshold during onboarding. Under that threshold, we move immediately; above it, we request your written approval unless it’s a health/safety risk.

  • Yes. We build a vetted bench of local vendors and we develop sustainable solutions and maintenance plans that help reduce the risk of costly suprises.

  • We’re process-driven: documented workflows, consistent communication, and strategic planning on your behalf. No mystery charges, no radio silence.
